With many years of experience working with dogs, our team has created a place built around genuine care, trust and consistency. We get to know every dog as an individual and treat each of our members with the love, attention and care they deserve.
Our membership approach allows us to create familiar routines, trusted relationships and a welcoming environment where dogs can feel happy, confident and completely at home.

Our grooming salon has been thoughtfully designed as a luxury, calming space where every dog receives the highest standard of care.
Using premium equipment and quality products, we focus on creating a relaxed, controlled environment that feels more like a spa than a traditional grooming salon. Getting to know your dog is a huge part of what we do. Building trust, understanding their individual needs and creating a familiar routine helps make every appointment as comfortable and positive as possible.
We welcome both members and non-members for grooming. Northcote Hounds members simply enjoy added benefits such as priority booking, regular reserved appointments, complimentary coffee at every visit, 10% off in our boutique and one complimentary grooming appointment each membership year.
Our Grooming Club memberships are tailored around your dog, their coat, lifestyle and how often they need to visit, making it easier to keep their grooming routine consistent throughout the year.
At Northcote Hounds, we understand that every dog is different and that their daycare experience should reflect their individual personality, age, energy levels and needs.
That is why our members can enjoy one of two daycare experiences. Our woodland daycare is perfect for dogs who love adventure, exploring, socialising and spending their day out and about, while our Northcote Road home from home daycare offers a calmer setting for dogs who prefer a slightly gentler pace, including some of our older or more relaxed members.
Dogs are usually collected from around 8:30am and returned home at approximately 2:30pm, with additional hours available where required.
Before joining, we will have a conversation with you about your dog and get to know what they enjoy, how they like to spend their day and what environment they feel most comfortable in. Together, we can then decide whether our woodland daycare or home from home daycare is the best fit for them.
Whichever option suits your dog, the focus remains the same: familiar faces, trusted care, plenty of enrichment and a routine that helps them feel happy, comfortable and completely at home.
We know that good coffee matters, so we have made sure ours is something worth stopping for.
Using premium speciality coffee, carefully selected brands and professional equipment, every cup is made with quality and consistency in mind. Whether you are dropping your dog off, collecting them, passing by on Northcote Road or simply in need of a really good coffee, our takeaway hatch is there to make your day a little better.
Our coffee is available to members, local residents and anyone passing by, because great coffee should always be easy to enjoy.

Our boutique has been carefully curated with dogs and their owners in mind, bringing together a selection of premium UK brands alongside some of our own Northcote Hounds favourites.
From beautifully made leads and collars to quality beds, toys, treats and everyday essentials, everything we stock has been chosen for its quality, practicality and style.
We want the boutique to feel like an extension of Northcote Hounds itself, offering products we genuinely love, trust and would happily use with our own dogs.
